Cumbersome but OK

Import processes were cumbersome compared to previous years.
We added an HSA account and felt we should have been prompted for a 1099SA once the W2 flagged the HSA payment. Instead we were charged for "over contributing", which only came to light in the review audit.
Lastly, TT gave confusing info concerning WA State return (there is no WA state return)

Good software!

Generally strong program and good guidance. I did observe sometimes the program asks questions that I responded to and when I returned later to revisit the section, certain responses had to be redone. Other times I answered questions and, when I wanted to revisit my responses, I could not get back to those same questions. An example of this was that I initially responded that my college did not send me form 1098-T but later very difficult to find that question when I got the form. You could enter the info from the form but could not change the answer that we had received the form

Turbo Tax takes the stress out of filing taxes

I have used TurboTax every year for the last 25 years. Each year it makes it easier to complete and file stress-free. I appreciate all thought management and IT has put into an easy to follow great product.
