2024 Turbo Tax

4.5 I appreciate having my history available each year to carry forward. Has been mostly easy to use and follow. Only one difficulty this year: the Audit Defense got hung up and the billing address and couldn't move forward. Had to get back into it another day.

Extremely terrible software. Difficult to navigate if you ever deviate from their workflow. I hate every time I have to open it.

As is the usual TTX asks the questions in a way that will teach those who have not filed on their own while being the welcoming software for the rest of us who expect nothi8ng less.

Good except for missing Federal Form 2210, which I did not notice until filing was complete. Same problem with 2023 tax filing

Purchased the home and business for $140 but still had to pay for state return despite the advertised free state return.
Also was not clear that my long term capital gains was exempt since I filed married/jointly and made less than 90K
