More Glitches Than Last Year

I like TurboTax and have used it for 8 years for far. This year had some issues that we didn't have last year. Some initial descriptions of categories actually stated the opposite of the questions once you go into the category. The "It's Deductable" sub-app still does not let you expand the description so you can read them -- you only get about 16 letters and have to guess the rest of long descriptions. Also, for my state, there is no income tax, but the states list did not mark mine as no-tax (Alaska and others have this), but the application kept insisting that I download my state. When I try, the software crashes. I finally had to trick the software so that I could get to the point where I could e-file my federal taxes. If glitches like this continue, I may try a different software going forward and see if they have fewer issues.

Difficult time with my Mac - better for PC

Frustrating for Mac!! Works much better if you have a PC which I do not have. At the end when I went to E-file it said I needed to "update"! Why? I was all done and it said there were no errors. there was no way I could see to "Update"- no drop down menu.....So, I printed it out and mailed the dang thing :(

LOTS OF THINGS WERE CONFUSIN THIS TIME, THE HELP ON THE SCREEN WAS NOT GOOD. THE WEB PAGES IT LINKED TO WERE BROKEN LINKS. REALLY CLUNKY.
