Turbo Tax is poor

First I wish you would have had the CD much easer. I have used Turbo Tax for 15 or 20 years and this was the worst version in that time. I don't know if it's the IRS or your program, but it sucked this year.

TurboTax is terrible this year.

I have used TurboTax since the 1980's and this year was terrible. There wasn't a form for getting a deduction for installing an EV charger at my house. That cost me $250. Hopefully I can claim it next year. I had to search on line where to find the form for putting in the estimated tax I paid. No promts, no easy way to find it. The hidden filing fees are also a pain.

Turbo Tax Needs work

Needs a Matrix edit option for Investment line item edits. Recursive and repetitive one at a time edits are a complete waste of customer time and facilitate errors, not reduce them. (not to mention angering the customer over such a painful process)

More complicated to use!

Don't like some of the changes you have made if you want to enter info manually instead of downloading from a financial institution. When you do download, if you don't download multiple 1099-B's at the same time, one download wiped out the previous download which is ridiculous. Also disappointed I didn't get my $10 off my state filing even though I paid for it. I tried to verify my Intuit account but I guess I chose the incorrect one and was unable to change it. I have 2 accounts, one for personal and one for Quickbooks for one of my clients. I need to understand how you have this set up.
