TurboTax isn't what it used to be

It gets more convoluted and tedious each year. The whole point of the software is to make things clear. The questions are often cryptic and it's no longer a great product.

Disappointed

Very Disappointed in the WV State return. Charged me to use Turbo tax for my State Return only to find out that it was not up to date. There is not a way to enter credits such as the Motor Vehicle Property Tax adjustment. Makes me wonder what else is missing.
It is also difficult to change things like the allocation of a refund.
