Needs to integrate AI, Old School but reliable SW

Useful as always, but it definitely needs to integrate AI or a connection to ChatGPT. Their wording and explanation of some items is just mind blowing, and when providing the info to ChatGPT it broke down the language in simple terms which made it easier to undertand and find the info TurboTax was asking for.

Turbotax is Terrible! Too many problems!

I have been using trubotax for many years now, and I have never had so many problems like I did this year. (2024) First the flow of the questions do not follow in order like before, I answer a question, then It goes back to the whole section of eg, for example, personal deductions, instead of just follow in order the next question in sequence. Then to fix a IRS Pin for e-filing, it doesn't take me to the section in turbotax where the PIN entry box is located, I had to look for it. I entered all my credit card information to pay my taxes, but it wanted me to enter my credit card information again. I don't want to be charged again. Just a mess. Before in earlier years, turbotax would take me straight to the PIN section to correct the wrong or missing PIN to e-file. Turbotax is going down hill, terrible programing.

Excellent tax software system! it saves me a fortune in what I used to pay an accountant to do the same thing. The online support makes it easy to get questions answered.
