Training the younger generation to use Turbo Tax

Simpler each time I use Turbo Tax. State tax for RI was just answering questions.
I assist my Nieces and Nephews in preparing their tax filings with Turbo Taxes and would like to more than 5 electronic filings in my package. I currently tell them 1st come 1st served to get electronic filings. Their generation has no patience, nor timeliness in assembling required documentations.

Small glitches in software this year

Overall, Turbo Tax is a good product and easy to use. This year I had some weird quirks that I never experienced in the past years. One - the software (downloaded onto my PC) took some time to go to the next page. Also, there were a few times that I entered a number into a field and it would not take it. I had to save the file and then try again. The itemized deduction (doctor bills) would never take my number which I figured out later, there was a schedule behind the field from the previous year. Once I drilled down to that level, the field populated.

Importing information from last year's return was seamless. I will probably continue to use Turbo Tax for the rest of my life. Would love it if they offered a life-time membership.
