TurboTax is Worthy and Reliable

Most everything in Turbotax went well except the filing of the State return. There was an error when selecting the option to proceed with the payment by credit card. The error happens before even entering any credit card info.

Generally, an excellent product with the exception that typing in the taxpayer PIN number assigned by the IRS is ridiculously difficult to access. LOTS of comments online about this and a primary reason some clients have switched to H&R Block.

Updating Circle

Had to uninstall and reinstall numerous times to get the software to operate properly. Stuck in updating loop which made the experience even more painful than it needs to be. Have used this product for a number of years and this is the first year where I am regretting my purchase. Accidently, clicked expert help and the software would not allow to back out of that choice. I had to restart and then I had to experience the updating circle again.

I've used TurboTax since 1998 and it's easy to use. However, yeah, there is always a however, it'd be great if form 6765 was built in. I can't take advantage of e-filing because form 6765 isn't included in TurboTax, which means I have to print out the forms from TurboTax, add form 6765 and then mail it. Hmm... maybe TurboTax can add a feature to import forms like 6765 and then support e-filing? It's a thought.
