Best Refund with TurboTax

Easy to complete my taxes and I have always got the most refund since using Turbo Tax- I had used an accountant before and he never asked all the questions Turbo Tax does and I was always paying more in taxes plus his fees!

TurboTax needs to make improvments

it takes long time to load and sometimes it doesn't load and need to reboot the computer several times to load the TurboTax.
The program lacks flexibilities to override certain fields; for example if a person filing a 1099-R (substitute), it should be able to override with the foreign postal codes and other foreign ID without causing errors.
In the Canadia RRSP/RRIF section, why there is nowhere to enter 'Foreign Tax withheld'? Therefore people receiving the RRSP will be double taxed by both countries!!

TurboTax has gone way downhill

TurboTax has gone WAY downhill.
First, it wouldn't properly import last year's info, so I had to re-enter tons of stuff.
Second, the auto import for several of my forms wouldn't work, which was incredibly frustrating. Then, the one I most wanted it to handle (relating to stock options, with tons of data in it) imported incorrectly and I spent a TON of time manually correcting it via a very frustrating edit interface (clicking buttons to edit individual rows, correct errors, save, then edit the next one ... just give me a spreadsheet format and let me fix it all at once!). We're not talking about some obscure import, either, this is a super common/popular provider (Fidelity).
I've purchased this software every single year for actual decades now, and this is likely the last time. The app keeps getting less and less reliable even on the simple stuff, yet my needs grow. The constant nagging to pay for other services, the addon fees after I've already paid a bunch, all of it is just insulting when things don't even work the way they're supposed to.
