Asking for a refund

I paid 60 and found it was a known issue with turbo tax I could not move to the next form because the system locked me ,..So I am asking for a refund of my 60 for the tax advice

Been using TurboTax for over 20 years and always have had good results. Easy to use and complete, with added HELP files when needed.

Easy to use, but my State filing was suppose to be FREE. No way around having to pay $20 in order to e-file. Will I get a refund?
