The step by step directions make doing my return very straight forward. There are explanations with examples for most of the more complicated subjects. After using TurboTax for the last several years I have come to trust it.

Like Using Turbo Tax But Needs More Details

Some things are difficult to navigate and need more explanation. I have used Turbo Tax for years and so I am not a beginner at this. It could definitely be use an upgrade to help explain the difficult sections in more detail without having to pay an expert. If I am paying for the software, I don't feel I should have to pay extra if I need an answer to a question.

Better than the TurboTax Business product but still the integration with Quickbooks could be better. Generally one of the better Intuit products out there.

through, but too many steps for entering interest, dividends, cap gains. Entering each account required to many steps to get to the next account.

Good user friendly tax program for years, but...

This program has been around for years, and has been fairly easy to use without assistance, but they consistently prove that they have no clue about how to answer questions, no matter how simple, in regards to simple procedures about the program, or about filing taxes! Answer is to use GOOGLE to find the answer, and do NOT look at any intuit sites for the answer. They use IRS and other accountant type sites for answers, and give logical answers that work. The worst part is if you really want Turbo Tax help, you must PAY $$$ for it!!! Don't waste your time and money!!!
