Using well over 15 years, I highly recommend being family friendly. I recommend it to all. Questions help you navigate the program and think of possibilities you others would have not considered.

MISSING OPTIONS TO APPLY REFUND TO NEXT YEAR

Something is wrong with this version. I was not given the option to apply my 2024 refund to my 2025 taxes, something I have been able to do in years past. Repeated attempts to get info from chat bot were useless. Online support was useless. Feels like they are pushing people to by their "expert" option to get answers to easy questions.

Two Decade User. TurboTax is Still Fantastic!

I've been a TurboTax user for at least two decades. I have a hard time even thinking about taking my taxes to someone else because the software is so great. This year, was the first year I've ever had to request live assistance. The live agent was FANTASTIC!

The software doesn't do a good job explaining what things are. Can't stand the charge for state filings Also, the added charge for processing the refund is too much. I will consider alternatives next year.
