Applying amounts to future taxes

I've been using TurboTax since 1992 and have learned my way around the process fairly well. There is one aspect that bugs me, though. I like to apply all or a portion of my refund to next years' taxes and there is a section to do just that. Unfortunately, if I have to make any changes that alter the refundable amounts, it is not easy to find that section again without jumping into the Forms side. It would be handy if an option would be to allocate a percentage to be applied to future years rather than a dollar amount. For example, if I want all of my refund to be applied, as I frequently do, why can't I just choose "100%". That way, if anything changes on the amounts, it's still all of it, instead of having to search for the form.
