We have always used Turbo Tax for our Federal and State Return. It is an easy to use program, however, offering the expert advice really makes it easy.

Adequate but certainly not excellent

TT was adequate for most of the Federal Return forms (I used step by step method), except for depreciation data for sale of primary residence. I have used TT every year since we purchased the house in 2011. I have claimed part of the house as home office every year in the tax returns. Instead of providing the data it asked me to give it, which I don't understand why.
The AZ tax return support was worse. There is no explanation or support for most of the forms. I wish this would be improved.

You should add an AI so I don't have to go outside the app... but then again, Grok is super duper. I like that you provide tips, but you should also add the ability to strategize. "What would happen if I made this change" etc. I have multiple files to run scenarios, but it's a pain.
