Update to file options needed

TurboTax won't let you file for OPA plan, it only tells you not to file installment plan if you can pay in 120 days or less, but won't let you efile and apply for OPA. It just lets you back out of form 9465 and gives options to pay your tax bill. So you have to efile using form 9465 knowing you will be turned down and then file for OPA on IRS website if your lucky, otherwise you can't efile. :(

Almost Perfect

In general, this program works well and does what it claims to do. A very long-time user of TurboTax with never an error or problem with the IRS. It deserves 5 stars but I can't ignore the Farm Income stuff that comes up every year. I have NEVER claimed or made any entry about farming - EVER. I still get those farming questions and options every year. Dumb...
Trying to do a quick review or trying "what-if-I-changed-this" scenarios is a bit of a pain when trying to get back to the original. Way too many extra clicks to reverse the "what-if" I had tried. Maybe I'm missing something when trying an option, IDK

I USE TURBO TAX FOR OVER 20 YEARS,IHAD SO MAY PROBLEMS LOADING THE 1040 AND PAYING A FEE TO FILE STATE WITH MY FIRST RETURN , YOUR SITE STOP ME FROM GIVING MY PAYMENT SO NEXT YEAR WILL TRY ANOTHER SERVICE

Forget Advantage!

Having bought TurboTax Advantage last November because it included the Audit Protction, I was shocked and disappointed to see that it was only valid until April 30, 2025. I'll never be so tricked again.

Turbo Tax is Useful

The electronic walk through that was supported by Turbo Tax software was an easy and simple process. As long as you are organized with all of your receipts, W-2s, 1099s, and other documents, you should not have any problems. Organize your paperwork, download the software, and proceed.

TurboTax is starting to slack on quality

I couldn't run the program on my desktop computer so I had to put it on my laptop which I was trying to avoid. Then when I tried to e-file it wouldn't let me do that either. I had to file by mail to complete this task. I have never had a problem until this filing season.
