Error 70001

Had a problem with Error 70001 popping up when I tried to restart my program to continue a return. Otherwise, everything was fine. Have only filed 1 return thus far this year.

Frustrating error (70001)

Terrorized by 70001 error. I had to use an AI tool to finally fix it. It involved deleting files in the TY24 folder. This was caused by a random update while I was about to file my state taxes.

Needed - NY gambling loss don't flow from Federal

Very good overall on the federal for gambling winnings and loss reporting - however, the transfer of the losses on to NY does not happen from federal schedule A due to required forms not being available. Losses are allowed if itemized is greater than the NY Standard deduction amount

Horribly slow on mac. Abysmal interface. Font size is too small. If needing to go back and change a number the same darn question keep coming up afterwards that I have to repeatedly click "continue" on. Why? Why can't the software figure this out that I have already said what I said to these questions, no need to repeat?

I've used Intuit Pro Series for many years and was hoping Turbo Tax would be as easy to follow. Unfortunately it wasn't and I HAD TO FILE SEVERAL TIMES. THE PREVIEW DID NOT SHOW THE ERRORS. Then the Federal would show one error. I corrected that and re-filed, only to have it rejected for a different error. Thios happened several tiimes and the preview never showed the errors. Now the Stat fee is being charged again.
