Hmmm...we've hit a small snag...

I have used Turbo Tax for DECADES and 2024 desktop came with a few issues of not bringing over a few fields of information from my 2023 tax return, which I had to enter manually! Once I completed my return, there was an error that popped up showing, "Hmmm...we've hit a small snag..." I reviewed ALL of my information again, and continued to have the same error! I called Tech Support & after almost TWO HOURS, they were able to fix it! YAY! I appreciated the patience of Tech Support to work through the issue. However, still don't know WHAT CAUSED THE ERROR!

miss having the disk

now that i don't get a disk to download, the online program does not capture my previous year's info to transfer into the current year's return. so not very happy with turbo tax anymore, not as easy as it used to be as I now have to reenter everything....it sucks
