I did not like the fact there was no CD available this year. As a result it took much longer to do my taxes and my frustration level was high. What a pain. Maybe it's time to switch to someone lese.

More bugs than in the past

Product quality standards have slipped. Mac application updater does not work properly. The CPP entry dialog was removed. The output file cannot be moved by using copy/paste - it breaks with no warning.

I have been a long time user of Turbo Tax and have been very satisfied. I just wish I were allowed a few more efiles than you permit (5), so that I could efile all my children and grandchildren. Is there any way I could opt for 10 efiles?
