Worked Well for My Simplish Tax returns

I have used HR Block in the past. Decided to try Turbo Tax this year. I appreciated that TT allowed me to choose which topics to cover -- particularly when filling out my simple business return. It handled it more easily than HR Block. However, at the end, it suggested I file WA state tax return. WA state does not have a state income tax so it should have known that. It created some confusion for me Hence, I deducted a star.

Been using Turbo Tax for over 25 years.... You should be able to check that easily!! You've finally fixed the yearly issue when "checking for updates" errors!! THANKS!!

Why did you stop making the software available on CD disk. It's nice to have a hard disk copy of the software to refer to if there are problems / questions after filing. Even more importantly, when years after filing, your notified by the IRS there is a problem and you have to reload the software. At $120 a year for the software, how much did you save by eliminating the disk…. $0.25 cents a customer?? Shame on you!!

Also, you'd think after 25+ years of using the Turbo Tax software, you might consider not charging your loyal customers every year!! A free year for filing federal and state returns would go a long way in cementing user loyalty.

I always use your product and enjoy so. However, every year I like to purchase Audit protection even though it stated low risk for me this year. It stated it would be $0 but for some odd reason after several attempts it kept stating on your end that there was an issue.

TO send my Tax to the IRS, due to Turbo Tax ineptitude of your employees I cannot send my taxes. I cannot even print it.
