I have found that the quality of information and services provided by Turbotax/Intuit have continued to decline. I already resent Intuit for bribing politicians to make our taxes more complicated than necessary. Now they want to nickel-and-dime us for "free live tax advice." They also Killed Mint.

Many technical issues with the software this year

I am having so many issues this year with the software. 1) I wasn't able to retrieve my returns from last year, what a waste of my time to do everything from scratch. 2) I wasn't able to efile my state return. It got stuck on the payment page. I tried multiple times and at different times but no luck. Now I have to print everything out to mail, very disappointed.
