Turbo tax needs some tweeking

Test your software TT

I have used TT for years. Each year it gets worse and worse. This year I was supposed to get Audit Defense for free. But then TT says oh there's a mistake. Please call us. No I have better things to do than listen to TT dribble. Then I want to print my tax forms to submit by mail and get into do-loop of save the forms but never get to the point of printing the forms. Does anyone at TT ever test thir software. I don't think so. And I bet this review never gets published.

TurboTax of yesteryear was better; still good 4*

I've used TurboTax for a long time. I miss the interactive questions but it still works well. I input all my own stuff and there wasn't a double check on the W-2s and I had to redo them. Turned out fine but TurboTax of old would have caught the mistake just comparing to the previous 1040 returns I've filed. It's still a solid program but not as many explanations as before. TurboTax probably calls that streamlining but being thorough for a $120 program that I pay for every years; that's my feedback.
