Great except for software locking up

My experience was very good overall. I especially liked the clear explanations. However, I had two issues: one was a very annoying glitch with the program I installed; it kept locking up over and over again when I tried to enter medical deductions on the federal form. The other was that it was confusing which medical deductions to put where since I included some of the premiums on my small business form for my state.

Folks, been using your product for many, many years. I'm extremely satisfied with it and it's the only program I recommend to family and friends. May I suggest a couple of changes?:
1. When an error is detected during the review process, you should add an option to delete the form in question. I've had that problem a couple of times and found myself wasting time because the form in question was ultimately not needed.
2. Upon rendering the tax forms, you should allow printing of the message stating the form(s) is/have been submitted. Also, the same suggestion when the message is received stating the form(s) is/have been accepted.
