Major printing problem

Experience with state taxes is always trying. Must restart state return dialogs from beginning every time returning to program. Huge problem many users are having this year is the inability to print the return from the print button. Common workaround is to use "File" menu, "Save to PDF" and then try to print from that saved pdf. This should have been fixed months ago.

Wrong direction

Seems to be going in the wrong direction. It has been easier in previous years. Entering investment income was especially difficult. Ended up double counting one investment which I caught at the last minute. Also, difficult to print the state forms. When one clicks on file print copy of state, a button should appear saying click here to print all required state forms. Finally, charging extra to efile a state that I paid $45 for stinks.

Turbo Tax is without question is the best.

Excellent as usual. For many years I have used Turbo Tax without any issues other than mine. Very complete for all categories and helps you thru issues. Help is always there if needed. Help is fast relative to others.

- Turbo tax did not allow for enough digits to input the IRS' pin - - which is six digits in length. This prevented me from e-filing.
- Turbo tax "grayed out" response options, such as I'll type it in myself, for interest income, Difficult to see the "grayed out" response option, which added to some confusion.
- On line version is "buggy." I started my return and completed most of it and saved it. The return could not be recovered so I had to reinput the entire return.
