Worked as expected - have used for several years. I did not engage with any help personel.
I do not like getting a program via digital download, although it worked flawlessly. I guess im just old school and want the disc/ program in my possession and not worry about potential crappy internet service during download. It does seem that since you and no longer providing any "hardware" though that the price could be lowered.

Get the CA filing fee and ultimate filing fixed

Have been trying for nearly two weeks to file a California return. A snag in your system at the point of $25 filing fee has kept us from filing our return as well as my sons.
