We love TurboTax - works great!

We love TurboTax. We've done our taxes for the last 6 years or so and it is great to have all of our information from our previous returns in TurboTax.

Don't like help changes

I have been using Turbo Tax for MANY years. This year the changes made the product less user friendly. I often use the help section when I have questions. This year, the program jumps to the online section before allowing you to use help. I love the jump to features when it is possible to avoid going through every section.

YOU ARE A FRAUD....I BOUGHT THE SOFTWARE SUPPOSEDLY ONE FREE STATE AND I WAS CHARGED FOR ALL STATE SO I WANT NY $25 BACK PLEASE OR YOU'RE GONNA SEE ANOTHER CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

Once installed, smooth sailing

It is always difficult to install turbotax, the only time each year that I need to understand "keychain" and associated password. Otherwise, it was a good product. It was easy to follow and offered additional information if desired. (I was also able to finally figure out a nickname that you would accept.)
