Definitely would use this product again. Been using Turbotax for six years and would recommend it to others. The only problem is it's a little pricey.

There's always some glitch

One single glitch in Turbotax Business causes me to print and file by mail at least 3 trust tax returns for my family (a fourth one is so simple I usually print it, since I usually hit the cap of 5). The Q&A site is no use. It has to do with a number code when I utilize carryforward passive losses. Turbotax says I can't fill it in directly on the form, I have to use a worksheet. But there is no such worksheet, and "Data Source" will not link me to it. And since it's a carryforewd loss, I'm not sure I'd know whether it is "short" or "long" term anyway. This is really really stupid, and even worse that I cannot file electronically SOLELY for this reason. I was even ready to buy a second license since I would need more than 5. You lost that deal.

Meh. State return is a complete ripoff.

Generally it did a good job of asking me questions without requiring that I read a bunch of tax forms. This part was better than before, so that's good.
Charging me $25 to e-file a state return, only to have to turn right around and print out and mail additional forms and documentation, not good. I'm so irritated by this that I probably won't use TurboTax again.
