Not as user friendly as in the past

Not as user friendly or intuitive as in previous years; I should know as this is my 25th year with TurboTax; it has gotten worse each year in the last few years. It was much easier to install and use when the CD was provided, which is very important in our rural area where internet is not reliable. There were numerous glitches this year including attaching the wrong filer's name to some entries (I did double check each entry several times.)

When I was filing electronically errors were pointed out that had to be corrected before I could complete. It was difficult to figure out the errors and took some time to do so. This was after error review had be run after I complete the my return and all error corrected.
Also when I wanted to make a partial payment of the tax due and the remainder by installment agreement I was unable to then set up electronic payments for the balance due on Turbo tax. I had to go to the IRS website to set up a payment for the partial payment

TurboTax Continues to Be Awesome

Once again doing our taxes using TurboTax was a breeze. And e-filing was a snap at no cost this year!!
