Can't sign on No help from Turbo Tax. I have already completed the tax input and trying to file both fed and state, but keep getting kicked off. Never had this problem in the past 10 + years of using Turbo Tax. Guess I'll try one more time.

the 2024 download version was not as error free ay

I have been using TT for niegh 20 + years and never had any issues. This 2024 version was trying and frustrating requiring 4 calls to TT suport line..the problem was never completely resolved. The support team was, for the most part, very helpful. Each time I thought of accessing TT, it was with a great deal of trepidation because I was never confident that I would get by without a call to the support team

Some navigation issues but then just fine

The first day, I spent 3 hours working on this. For some reason the Federal Step-by-Step navigation was horrible. I struggled with it, had trouble entering my income and finally had to take a break. I saved it and closed the program. When I return a couple hours later, my return had not saved!!!
Strangely, after that, it behaved normally and I finished it without issues.
