Turbo Tax not good for 2024

This year TurboTax was terrible. You could not download state returns from the Turbo Tax program. You had to call in to purchase states. I could not e-file state returns because payment would not go through. This may be my last year of using TurboTax. SO DISAPPOINTING!!

My Turbo Tax Experience

I've used Turbo Tax from its inception to do my taxes and I've used Home and business since 2020. The issue I had this year was printing 1099-NEC's for my independent contractor, both for my LLC and my home. Finally figured it out but it took more work that I expected it to take. Overall< I love Turbo Tax and will continue to use it in the future

So dissappointed

this is the first year i have been left feeling totally uncertain. It tells me i need to print a form, but when it pops up it is for paying by check. it had told me i would need a form for WV, but that didn't show up. I ended up paying to submit WV because the instructions for submitting on paper were obviously incorrect. Add this to the fact that i spent $35 more for the product than i needed because online it said the business version would allow me to do an estate but it turns out that was a different business version, so i just hired an accountant, and I am not happy.
