Really hard to use. will not print

It absolutely will not print my tax returns to file by mail. I have tried again and again. Also have no address to mail my forms to. What gives?

Estimated tax payment options is clumsy. Would like options to: 1) override TT calculation and enter exact quarterly amount, ex $14000, 2) modify amounts in form mode

Terrible Update Process

The updates would not work. I had to manually apply the updates in order to finish my taxes. This is the first year I was not able to get a CD of the software, but had to download from the internet. Customer support was not very much help. They would say the manual update would fix the error, but I had to manually update it until I was able to file.

TurboTax has issues with allowing me to file

Unique had to help me complete the filing. She said my "firewall" prevented the filing of the tax forms. This was never needed to be done before. I inserted all the correct information, but the tax forms didn't allow me to input my credit card info. Unique had to do this on her end. TurboTax has safety issues and isn't allowing me to file independently.
