TurboTax seems to get a little worse each year. This year was an even a bigger down slide. The UI was terrible. Trying to find help was impossible. Navigation was a nightmare. Filing using turbotax this year was unsettling and I find myself wondering if I should be concerned with accuracy of the product.

I understand why you want me to efile my state return, but having to select mailing my return over and over again is frustrating. Also you do not provide the mailing address for the state return.

Worst yet

Worst tax season yet! I am 80 and spent DAYS entering data into TT. Three days trying to find the quarterly vouchers for Federal payments. I filed and still have to pay and the vouchers are not in my printed copy or anywhere when I look in TT when I open it.
