Surprised how easy it made filing my taxes. I no longer dread tax season thanks to Turbo Tax. We were able to file our taxes in one day.

Can be frustrating to use

Can be frustrating to use. For example, on this return there isn't a 1099-MISC but the system insists that there is and will not allow me to efile without entering a payer's id #. Another example: I wanted to change the amount of medical insurance premiums but had to go through a whole series of screens to get to that one field. And this return is about as simple as it gets.

Old and outdated

Really needs a complete overhaul. Using same engine for the last 20 years. Many of the screens don't quite work right (1099Div and int review buttons for example). Clunky would be the best description.
Some long lasting bugs, such as after updating, it states "Turbotax will restart". It NEVER restarts.
