I think Turbo Tax is user friently.

Easy to use, and relatively simple. I have been using Turbo Tax regularly for so long I don't even know for sure, but probably around 25 years, or more.

Not easy to use

This software is difficult to use. From time to time, it forced me to reopen as the software was not responding. And it was not intuitive how to get to where I left off.

Not Their Best Work This Year

Not their best work this year. Line numbers on instructions often found to not match line numbers on the forms. Didn't support a form I needed forcing me to print and mail...and it was a simple form!!! And major head fake toward the end...even though it told me I had to print and file, and even though I selected print for filing, at the end it said "Here's what you're getting - EFile." I had to stop and contact Help to confirm what was going to happen when I pressed go.

TurboTax is Complete

TurboTax enables building the tax return as information is accumulated and I especially like being able to update the file multiple times as I build upon what I've already entered.
