Can not scan last year tax return file

In general it work well but can not scan previous file return data before your file this year return, it showed the file too big, so we had to start it at the beginning, hope you will make the some improvement in the future on this, it will make us more convenient for tax return.

Always been a fan but allow for bigger text!

I really wish the desktop application allowed for bigger fonts. The text is so small on a 4K monitor. Other than that, I've always liked using TurboTax to do taxes and carry forward information.

after purchasing your software every year for at least 20 years, this is probably my last year. My returns are getting less complicated I am tired of mailing my state return because you charge for it even though it cost you little if anything to upload to the state portals. For the price I'm paying for this software produce you should include state filing for free as well.

Intuit Turbo Tax....think twice before you leap

I find it hard to believe that a company as large as Intuit can sell software that is so horrible. Support links never take you to where they say it would. They tell you to click on tabs that are no where to be found. Don't ever change your phone number as the recovery/change box brings you to a Quick read code that when you click it you then see the code on the screen telling you to take a picture of the new QRC on the website.....round and round and round. I could go on but I don't think Intuit is worth that time spent.

Turbo Tax review

Turbo Tax still does not handle Schedule K-1 very well. This year, trying to figure out what has been downloaded and what has not was confusing. You should put a date that each imported document was imported into Turbo Tax so it is easier to know what you have and what you need. The flow for 1099-B is a bit wonky. It asks questions about box's on the form that don't exist or were not populated.
