DIFFICULT TO FIND TURBOTAX PRODUCT TO SIMPLY PURCHASE AND DOWNLOAD. Everything on turbotax.com and intuit websites directs you to "start for free" which is a scam.
this is a chronic problem that is getting worse.
stop the scam!
simply put a button on the home page that says "Buy a Turbotax product" and link to a page with descriptions and prices.
it's not that hard...

On line drop down menu is not helpful
I needed direction on where I to place input information on what form and did not get a satisfactory response trying multiple ways of requesting info. needed to resort to the internet to find info on turbo tax. Turbo tax should have more easily provided info.
