Super helpful and easy to use!

I've been using Trubo Tax for years and really appreciate its user-friendliness (which has gotten better and better). I appreciate the extra offers in the Tax Advantage program like Audit Defense and a discount on state return filing.

Crappy Help/Search Function

Your search or help function is a joke. 95% of the time, I'm only using it to learn where to input something in TurboTax, yet the vast majority (all?) of the times I used it, I had to go out to the internet to ask random TurboTax users how to use your own software. This is completely unacceptable. If I ask where to input something, TT should just provide me a link to jump to that spot. Stop wasting my time.

Always hidden fees at the end to file your taxes. Would be nice if they were more up front. Software, refund fee, state e-filing fee. What will be added next year.

Trying to E-File federal Tax return with turbo Tax. System would not sent return out to IRS, but shows the following message: Your member info for Audit Defense is not yet complete. That it goes on: We have noticed that you could not completely fill your member info details. Please verify your internet connectivity and then select CONTINUE to try again and complete your details and registration for Audit Defense. Frusrating after trying to sen by E file for 30 hours!
