I didn't have problems with the CD, but this version this year has glitched. It deleted all of my information more than once. It was not a great experience. The new computer will be going back to the place it was made for a factory reset after I finish this, because something was very wrong with this product. I had zero problems previously with the brand-new computer.

Turbo Tax demands redundant information.

When I enter zero miles for business travel quit demanding during the review period that I make additional entries about my vehicles. It just irritates me and it's stupid.

Generally good and I feel that it covers all the bases. It is sometimes difficult to find where something needs to be changed or to get back to a change. The price is getting out of hand and I may have to start looking for another way to file taxes.

First problem I've had in 25 years!

This is the first time in 25 years that I have had a problem. I can upload 1099 Composite statement from Charles Schwab but it does not load into the turbo tax forms. Multiple tries no luck. Did Schwab change their format or did TurboTax change how it tries to upload data. I have a self directed brokerage account with way too many trades to upload manually. Please fix the problem.

Turbotax is a pain for two state tax filing

I need to file tax returns for two states (GA and MO), but Turbox tax requires me to use the Forms mode for MO state tax, which was really a pain. Another pain point is that I've already selected Direct Deposit for efiling my state return, but Turbox still asks me to print and mail the payment voucher, which is really confusing.
