I've been using Turbo Tax Home & Business - Desktop for many years and highly recommend it for ease of use and accuracy. Make sure you install updates each time you use it as they are always making improvements.

Turbotax is accurate, in-depth, and comprehensive. It takes so much of the work and uncertainty out the tax preparation process. I have used Turbotax for many years and have not found it to be lacking in any of its features. I will continue to be a Turbotax user for years to come.

Ernest F. worked with me over the phone on a Saturday for SEVEN HOURS AND TWELVE MINUTES! My tax return was quite complicated, and there was a technical problem with the TurboTax desktop software. Ernest was incredibly patient and helped me through filing my multi-state return, step by step.

Some forms wanted info I didn't have

Mostly excellent, but this was a repeat year. Some of my1099 Forms did not have the cost basis information TurboTax asked for and TurboTax didn't want me to advance to the next form. One of the help files directed me to a nonexistent menu item. Otherwise, I really liked this program.

costing more and more money

i like turbo tax and have used it for years, but this new Refund Processing fee of $40.00 when i bought the deluxe version is another way of getting extra money from the people!!!!!
