Easy to Navigate through the Forms

This is my 7th year that I have used Turo-Tax and the explanation of how to navigate through the return makes it very easy. Explanations of each line are very clear.

TurboTax has improved my awareness on taxes

I have been using TurboTax since its inception. I like being able to put in the necessary information and follow along. It has helped me understand my taxes better and where I can save money. As a result of using TT I am a much more organized record keeper.

Much Improved Program This Year

The program was better this year. In particular, the downloaded file data went very smoothly. There was no missing or incomplete data that required correction (as has been the case sometimes), and the calculations were all good. There were a few places where the interview was difficult to understand what was wanted, but otherwise this was one of my best experiences with the program.
