I purchased Audit Defense Coverage and during filing it says Filing is free with Audit Defense Coverage yet I still had to pay from a CC to file.

infinite loop because i accidentally added state returns even though i didn't need to file them

You waste many opportunities to sell me on buying tax advice that I don't need, asking if I would like to buy a state income tax package for Florida which doesn't exist, and NOT one page asking if I have a Federal IP Pin number.

Tuition Zip code problem

Access to brokerage statements for import to Turbo tax was easier last year. you've made it more complicated for 2024 tax return. Also had a problem with 1098T and being rejected because of Zip code problem. Zip code was correct and despite entering and reentering it was still rejected as incorrect. It was not incorrect and I was unable to file that return electronically. Could not bypass the rejection. Rating would have been higher without that issue Very frustrating

return is always rejected and it takes forever to figure out why and get it to go throughg. it should not be this difficult considering how much i pay for this product

Would be nice for MFJ to ask to select who is taxpayer and who to designate as spouse. Pain in the butt to try to change with everything entered for business and upon reviewing seeing that wrong person is listed as sole proprietor. Had to delete all information and re-enter.
Also, would be nice to review sections without having to click through each screen.
