Used to be good, but has gone downhill

quality has gone down over the years. this will probably be my last year, after 15 with TT. Info isn't carrying forward from year to year anymore, names of fields that shouldn't change have changed, and every step of the way is Intuit asking for more money or access. Unfortunately the value of the product no longer exists, and I'll be moving to a competitor product that isn't as intrusive.

Turbo Tax is great but has problems.

Not easy to navigate after taxes were filed and rejected. Instructions on how to find ID PIN were wrong. Instructions said to go to Federal Tax tab. There is no Federal Tax tab! It's under Personal...Fix it.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Pros: Works well, covers almost everything. Help is useful.
Cons: doesn't really allow you to enter the tax forms you receive.Using the Tab key to move between fields doesn't always work as you would expect. Would be nice to have Control Key combinations to select fields.

Frustrating

Turbotax has become more complicated and difficult to use. As someone with tax experience, I know what I'm looking for and still have a hard time finding the correct location to enter information. I've used Turbotax for at least 10 years, and 2023 and 2024 were both frustrating.

Love turbo tax

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I had one year where I Had occasion to go to a CPA with my sister as we sold my mother's house. He could nothing for me that I didn't already do with TurboTax so I came back to using. Really loved the idea of buying live help for $60. I did use it.
