TT Home & Business 2024 leaves much to be desired

Home & Business this year was worse than in any past year. Confusing language. Program takes you in circles many times. Importing from Quickbooks had glitches.
Customer support people on the phones are all contractors - no Intuit employees. No one taking ownership of this product.
Intuit, either do better and improve your product or get out of the financial software business. Find another business.

It works, could be better, but it works

Gets the job done but feels a bit convoluted.
I've been using TurboTax over 10 years. Mostly because I can import last year's general categories so I know what may be missing.

I loathe how much stuff I enter in house interest, state income tax, charity, kids college tuition- just to have it all tossed out at the end for a standard deduction.
Can this be used next year instead? TurboTax should be able to look at the fact it was all thrown out and tell me I can use it next year.

I have never been able to import any forms into Turbo Tax despite the feature being available for years. I try one import every year. It fails and I just manually enter stuff

This product has improved greatly over the years since I used it last. I would like to see that once you answer questions in certain sections that if you go back to review the section you don't have to keep answering the same questions again. Make the audit defense form fit on the screen.
