Not so great

This was the worst year Ive used Turbo Tax.Very hard to get to info you are asking for. I imported forms them was asked about items but could not see forms in return. Took almost 12 hours!!
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

I have been using TurboTax for years! I like being able to build my return as my pertinent tax information comes available. That period of time is always a large one, in my opinion. I also use TurboTax to work up the tax picture for the next year and use that info to adjust estimated tax payments. Sometimes I get the figures/values pretty close, then sometimes NOT! My methods eliminate lots of trips to the brick and mortar people as well!

The only complaint I have is that it was har (i.e. non-intuitive) to delete investment income that no longer existed.

It's way too expensive. The ads say State filing is free, but at the very end you add a $20 filing fee. If it wasn't so difficult to change to another vendor, I would. I think you are a money grubbing business over charging for your services.
