No More Turbo Tax in my future after 10+ years

FINAL straw. The program would not allow me to sign electronically; thus I must file by mail. Bought the Turbo Tax at Sams. When I got home I realized I bought a license to go online instead of a disk to run on my computer. Input info and it opened TT but it did not connect to previous years of TT tax and I had to populate routine data myself and could not use comparison tool to compare with what I did last year

I use Turbo Tax every year and I still struggle to understand it, I'm not sure if it's the software or the IRS but one of them isn't making things easy on us

Turbo Tax better than H$R Block, but only mediocre

New investment forms more complicated than before and less useable. Sometimes forms freeze and delete buttons (Trash Can symbols) don't work. When "delete" button doesn't work, creating empty fields in its place generates "error"message.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
