Never downloading the program again

It took three phone calls to complete filing my return this year on my downloaded program. I think it has to do with multiple 3rd party software sellers online, and I think some things "snag". It should only be sold through Intuit if this is truly an issue. I had to "buy by phone" even to efile, which was ridiculous. I guess I'll do it via online if I choose TurboTax again next year.

Turbo Tax is OK but with reservations

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years and have usually had no problems with the application. This year the updates and corrections caused many issues and time problems for me. The biggest problem was the RMD calculations for 2024 and the download processes.

It works well, but the constant updates make me feel uneasy filing before at least April 1st. It would be nice to know what is changing when there is an update... is it government driven, or software driven, or bug fixes or???
