Nickle & Diming

Works good but the constant prompts to purchase uneeded things feels like nickle & diming. Also, already paid $95 for the software. Can't even file a state return without paying another $40. A lot of money to do your own taxes. Almost makes it more logical to pay someone to do them and skip Turbo Tax all together. People with basic w-2 returns shouldn't be encouraged to purchase audit protection or advice. It's scammy

Turbo Tax Satisfied Customer For Over 10 Years

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and I am completely satisfied with this product. I felt that it was Great over 10 years ago, and it has only gotten better over the years. User friendliness, thoroughness of tax computations, availability of explanatory text, and review protocols have all increased/gotten better over the years. Turbo tax provides me with deep peace of mind in that I know that my taxes are done correctly/without error and that Turbo tax stands behind their product and customers.

TurboTax needs to step up

I've been using TurboTax for many years. This version is the worst version I've worked with. Main problem is that TurboTax will not run natively on an Apple M silicon machine. So the software has to run using rosetta to run the intel version virtually. Meaning it runs slower than molasses. Your developers have had 10 years to create a Universal version so it will run natively on M silicon. I certainly hope that you have a Universal version for the 2025 Returns.

TurboTax is expensive and buggy. Examples: It treats "$0" and empty fields differently. Properties can be added, but there is no way to remove them.
