Business e-file Only Avail via Web not Software

Home and Business subscriber. Giving one star because electronic filing of business forms must be done through the website, and it is not available when you log into the Turbo Tax Website, only your personal taxes. The Business filings are only available if you log into the Intuit Website, which is maddening. We purchased the Home and Business desktop software. Electronic Business filing comes with it. It should be available from within the software, not just the Intuit website.

Disappointing

I have used Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and for some reason it was unable to import my last year taxes even though I used Turbo Tax last year. Very frustrating to have to fill in everything over again

Have used Turbo Tax for over twenty years

I use Turbo Tax with preliminary numbers at the end of the calendar year to get an idea of where we stand regarding refund or payments due. I got crossed up after receiving 1099-INT and wound up having entered the same dollar figure twice from the same financial institution. Luckily, I caught it in a final review and was able to delete the duplicate before filing. An alert to same dollar figures from same institutions would be appreciated. Otherwise, Turbo Tax is easy to use if a person keeps their financial records in some semblance of order during the year. I've used Turbo Tax for over 20 years now and it has been especially helpful, especially having a side business in addition to my retirement income.
