Turbo Tax Easy to Use

Need to work on your quality control

For some reason TurboTax duplicated my son's name and SSN and tried to claim two tax credits for the same person! Also it insisted I enter a second state in my earnings, which I did not have or asked for. Poor.

I had more problems with TT this year than ever before. First was accessing the program and then when efiling.

After I paid for state return, the system told me there is wrong and I need update the Turbo tax. Then I have to pay twice.

I do not like the electronic version.very confusing. Did not have an option forCD as in the past. May have to use different software next year.
