Gone down hill, switch to another software package

AI Help is near useless!!!! Can not just search for item in forms and the AI Help actually stop searching. No input line or space appears, thus worse than useless as frustrating!
Email states will open to topic to be fixed after failed return. Your software DOES NOT!!!
2023 software was MUCH BETTER!
