The program doesn't carry over all work sheets from previous year (2023)Schedules C when I click on "Add supporting details" The supporting details from previous year help as a reminder of items like expenses to be entered. It cost me 3-4 hours of more time to make entries for the new tax year(2024). Yet you carry over some "Supporting Details" work sheets. Please carry over "ALL" supporting details from previous year.
Aside from this there were many difficulties in navigating the program compared to previous years.

Excellent Product & Support

Been using TurboTax for over 20 years now. It's easy and efficient and provides all the resources I need, e.g., on-line help and Audit Defense. I made a mistake one year and had to use Audit Defense which, thankfully, I had purchased. To receive "that" IRS letter was very scary! What a relief it was to turn everything over to them and let them handle it. I use the Home & Business product since I have a small business. It's a great product and is certainly priced right.

Long time customer with concerns

I am a long time Turbo Tax customer and it is my opinion both your product and service is going downhill. This tax season I encountered Turbo Tax repeats and vague instructions, especially when one vague error message was holding up the transmission of my returns. I've been using Turbo Tax for about 15 years and I now feel that I should be looking around for an alternative.

Good, but partnerships could use additional suppor

I would like better support for K-1 and K-3 forms. Several areas concerning taxes on foreign assets have been difficult to understand for a few years now. It would also help if I didn't have to go to forms to complete all of the K-1 fields. This information is useful to have in the return for my records even if not directly impacting taxes.

This was not a good year for TT. The instructions for aggregation was difficult to follow and difficult to correct. I did not like TT this year. I hope it improves next year.
